- The Central Library Consortium (CLC) is a Central Ohio Library system serving a four county area consisting of 7 member libraries, 5 branch libraries and 2 bookmobiles containing over 465,000 titles and 1,116,000 holdings. The CLC was created by the member libraries to establish, maintain and operate a computerized library network in order to promote resource sharing among member libraries and to increase access to information for their patrons.The CLC was created in 1989 with four original members:
