Description
The original Classics opened on May 1987 and was located in the Omni International Hotel. The restaurant held four diamonds and deserved this impeccable reputation. The original Classics closed when the hotel was razed to make way for the new and spectacular InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center Cleveland.
The new Classics Restaurant was unveiled in June 2003, and is located at the west end of the new InterContinental. The new Classics maintains the original’s commitment to fine dining, yet goes even further. The restaurant offers traditional white glove service, but with the drama of tableside flambées, stunning ambiance, and live entertainment. Rated with five diamonds, the new Classics is a dining experience like no other.
At Classics, you can expect attention to detail. The restaurant provides an extensive yet refined wine selection with over 5,000 bottles on hand. Tableware is nothing but the best: Villeroy & Boch china and Schott Zwiesel glassware. All desserts are prepared on premise by our Pastry Chef.
