Musik Fabrik composer Philip Goddard was recently featured on a BBC Radio Devon Broadcast for the Coates in Conversation programme on Tuesday 23rd May 2006: The programme featured exerpts from Goddard's Symphony No. 1 (Sagarmatha), Symphony No. 7 (Ancient Chants of Compassion) and the Symphony No. 8 (The Ferryman).
At the "Colloque sur la Mélodie" which took place on April 25, 2006 at the Salle Molière in Lyons, France, the musicologist Muriel Joubert-Gounin presented an article entitled "Recueillement : from Baudelaire to Claude Debussy, Louis Vierne and Jean-Yves Malmasson; the intertwinning of the close and the far" with a detailed analysis of the French art song Recueillement (from the Trois poèmes de Baudelaire for medium voice and piano or orchestre) by Jean-Yves Malmasson. Dr. Joubert-Gounin's presentation will be published in the acts of this colloque by the editions Symétrie (Lyon),
