Our Sweet Briar Bistro, under the direction of Head Chef Steve Large together with Heather and Nicci is much much more than your average garden outlet cafe. Throughout the day there is a varied menu of Snacks, Beverages and Meals. From mid-June and throughout the remainder of the summer it is open on Monday and Wednesday evenings for seasonal dining (what could be nicer than a meal with a glass of wine or two on the patio in a rose garden). On Saturday evenings there is a full and sumptuous A la Carte menu. The Bistro is fully lisensed, and all the staff friendly and eager to please. Why not come along and enjoy it for yourself. After Breakfast there is a wide choice of dishes for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and evening dining on selected evenings. There is always a board of daily specials including that days choice of Soup and freshly home-made made Bread.
For breakfast (until 11.30am) The choice could be simply Toast or the whole hog in the form of a full English breakfast. Whatever the choice all breakfasts are served with tea or coffee.
