he founders of Clarety NZ discovered Ariel when searching for an alternative to standard non-alcoholic beverages like orange juice, fizzy drinks or super sweet sparkling grape juice. In our case we wanted to enjoy a delicious meal complimented with a premium wine, but without the alcohol content. Ariel wines came up repeatedly in many of our enquires as we went global in our search for a dealcoholised (non-alcoholic) wine that met our most strict requirement - TASTE!
We are proud to bring to you these premium varietal wines from the Napa Valley, California. Ariel wines are aged, fined and filtered according to the best traditional methods. The wine is fermented to dryness and the alcohol is removed through a gentle cold ultra-filtration process (reverse osmosis) that does not damage the natural flavour of the grape. This leaves you with an flavorsome, enjoyable, cultured and premium wine but without the alcohol. This patented method is unlike the heated evaporation procedure implemented by other makers of non-alcoholic wine.
