Brothers Brian and Mickey Doherty began catering clambakes for family and friends on the South Shore of Boston, over twenty years ago. The chowder would be made the night before, and first thing in the morning they would take Mickey's pick-up to the docks for fresh lobster and steamers. After a quick stop at a produce stand, just outside Quincy Market, for sweet corn and potatoes, they would head to the beach and begin preparing the bake. Everyone loves traditional New England fare, but without the right team on your side serving it to your guests, an event can quickly become and overwhelming challenge.
