Mercedes cars but pathetic business
What a hopeless company. Renter beware, this company can give you the impression that a car has been booked, but when it comes to the day, don't be surprised if they say "I'm sorry, we didn't get your booking".
1. Their web site is unreliable it accepts your credit card and details and doesn't confirm the booking and leaves you hanging. 2. Their communication is pathetic. Don't expect them to call you back - ESPECIALLY IF IT'S BAD NEWS. They would rather avoid talking to you, than to help you. 3. They don't check details. How can you NOT notice where the pickup and return locations. 4. They are full of excuses, willing to blame anything else but themselves. 5. The website makes false representation. It will happly accept a return of the car on a Sunday, even when they don't open on Sunday. 6. They don't offer any help, compensation or alternatives even when they have stuffed up.
Don't go with them unless you want to be decieved.
