Multnomah County Oregon Citizen Involvement Committee (CIC) is an independent citizen committee created by voters in the Multnomah County Charter. It is the lead agency for citizen involvement in Multnomah County and hires and manages the staff of the Office of Citizen Involvment. The CIC has fifteen members nominated by community groups. There are three representatives from each of the four county commissioner districts and three are appointed at large.
