- We have condoned an unsafe territory for children to surf the Internet without safety and without awareness to protect themselves. No parent or caregiver would drop their child off in a community park at midnight to play unsupervised. Yet, in essence, that is what happens every time children go on-line without proper supervision and guidance. CIAF is developing ways to reach kids through their own mediums. With aggressive sports, music and computing CIAF will be able to communicate its message and provide a place for kids to go that may already have been approached. Besides bringing awareness to our youth, CIAF will also empower these children through a number of venues on village51.com to be able to do something about it.
