About Us
Christie Lake Kids is a non-profit community organisation offering recreational and skill development programs at no (or very low) cost to children from low-income families in the Ottawa area.
Our programs help children develop the skills and self-esteem they need to tackle the challenges they face day to day. Most importantly, our programs provide kids the opportunity to experience success.
We operate a summer camp (Christie Lake Camp) as well as after school and weekend programs in the city (Christie Lake S.T.A.R.).
