Tim Delancey, founder of Chopper Customs, got interested Harleys at a young age, his first basket sportster was given to him frozen to the ground by his uncle. Committed to getting it up and running, Tim learned all about his 1959 sportster.
From there, Tim chose to join the team at Carl's Speed Shop in Santa Fe Springs, CA -- there he built drag bikes and traveled with the drag circuit.
