- Ottawa Chinese Language Learning Centre (OCLLC) is located in Riverside South of Ottawa, near the Ottawa Airport. The faculty in the Centre hold Master's and Doctoral degrees, speak standard Chinese (Mandarin, or Pu-Tong-Hua). We have been offering Chinese (Mandarin) lessons to help adults and children learn standard Mandarin since 1995. The lessons we have been teaching are ranging from private lessons to group lessons.
