Croatia covers an area of about 56,542 km2. The coastal length is 5,835 km, of which 4,058 km belongs to the coastline of 1,185 islands - second only to Greece in number. Out of the 1,185 islands, 67 are inhabited, leaving a great number of places for undisturbed relaxation.
