To the excellent CES coaches who all helped me achieve something that just four months ago I wasn't sure was possible I want to say THANK YOU! The triathlon was a wonderful experience and I couldn't have been better prepared. All of you should take great pride in knowing that the hard work you put in makes a big big difference.
