Simon Tian (Xiaogang Tian) , Gray Gardner , are involved in Internet fraud scam.
In early March of 2000, Simon Tian (Xiaogang Tian) and Gray Gardner set up a company named Telstar Innovations Inc., allegedly offered items for sale on a their 8+ Internet web sites http://www.findhealer.com/mall/telstar/index.php3 very expensive and innovative medical equipments as well other assorted merchandise.
Simon Tian (Xiaogang Tian) & Gray Gardner used several different e mail addresses and user names and instructed their victims to send their money to different addresses in
529 Broad Way, Monticello, NY 12701. & 4734 Topeka Ave, Oakford, PA 19053 The checks and bank wires that the victims sent to Simon Tian & Gray Gardner of Telstar Innovations Inc., were deposited into
Key Bank USA at 529 Broad Way, Monticello, NY 12701 and Fulton / premier bank, USA at 2100 street Road, Bensalem , PA 19020 cashed, but the merchandise that the customers paid for was never shipped to them. Over 75 victims have lost more than $1,000,000 due to this fraud scheme.
A federal arrest warrant against Simon Tian (Xiaogang Tian) & Gray Gardner must be issued immediately in order to stop these illusive scammers continue defrauding innocent buyer on the net.
