Organizational ProfileThe Chester & Area Family Resource Centre is a grass-roots organization which began in the summer of 1994 with the cooperation of the Public Health Department. A group of new parents volunteered to organize a New Parents Group where children and parents came together once a month for socalizing. The group was extremely popular and added a weekly playgroup.
