Our Mission
To empower Chelsea residents and Chelsea organizations to enhance the social, environmental and economic health of the community and its people. The Collaborative carries out its mission through community organizing, technical assistance, program development and information dissemination.
Under this vision there is a shared sense of commitment, responsibility and recognition of mutual benefit among both the community at large and the service providing institutions and organizations.
