Cheer XL stresses positive attitudes and good sportsmanship in all its training programs with the intention of building strong athletes with good self-esteem and life skills.
Cheer XL currently has cheerleading and dance teams for ages 4 thru college that Port Huron area children and young adults can join immediately. Team members get to compete in area high schools/colleges and large arenas. Also, Cheer XL’s national teams travel to locations like Niagara Falls and Chicago to compete. All of the Cheer XL teams may even get an opportunity to exhibition at half time for Detroit Pistons games this season.
Members of Cheer XL’s coaching staff have experience at developing winning cheerleading teams that have competed at both the state and national level. In addition to providing instructional classes and nationally competitive teams, Cheer XL is also providing training for various high school cheer teams in the St Clair county area. The goal is to the help current school teams rapidly advance their skills and also provide a solid base of new, well trained athletic cheerleaders to draw from and enable Port Huron area schools to consistently field state champions in the future. By offering more than just gymnastics tumbling, Cheer XL provides a well rounded program designed specifically for High School cheer teams.
