CheataUworld.com has changed to CHEATauWorld.ca
Title
[1] CHEATauWorld.ca exposes the fraudulent and deceitful corporate behaviour of Alberta's biggest travel club scam, Chateau World in Calgary, Edmonton and Canmore Alberta.
Operating under the guiding hand of Andre Muran, Chateau World was originally set up to replace Royal Club International. The latter had been exposed by media coverage following 125 criminal charges being laid by Alberta Government Services.
To facilitate continued operations, Andre Muran managed to have Chateau World incorporated under names different than his own, although, the staff did not change, nor did the staff's belief that Andre Muran was their boss.
Their scam is a simple one, but one that is not readily detected by victims. Detailed information about the scam is available at http://www.cheatauworld.ca/thecon
Victims of this scam are currently facing the loss of thousands of dollars as the properties involved in the scam are being taken over by banks.
Most recently, this unlicensed travel club appears to be struggling. Many of the incorporated entities involved are struck.
Contracts with the struck entities are void.

Description
Excerpted from the website:
- This web site (formerly cheatauworld.com) has been established as a public service. It is intended to alert consumers to the sales strategies that were used in my case, and information about the many companies involved that were discovered along the way as I went through the formal complaints process, court proceedings and finally, appeals court. Additionally, I here provide information about the mind numbingly ridiculous strategies that the entities involved used in an effort to make me go away. Including those of W. Murray Smith, the lawyer who represented Andre Muran and his companies throughout this drama. By providing this information free to the public, I hope to protect other consumers from being similarly mislead. Secondarily, to provide people for whom this information comes too late, information that will help them make educated choices about what steps to take, or not take in their efforts to recover anything they may have lost to Andre Muran and companies.
