Chateau Thomas Winery has fulfilled the dreams of Doctor Thomas and his wife Jill since the early 1970's. While making wine at home, belonging to a home winemakers club, participating in formal classes at a local university, rubbing elbows and picking the brains of internationally known wine experts, while ravenously collecting French wines for his cellar, Dr. Thomas laid the groundwork for their venture.
