Since establishing her company in 1983, Charlotte Tighe has coached an impressive list of clients–from president to prime ministers to cabinet members, American and foreign diplomats, governors and CEOs, university leaders, authors and business professionals.
Charlotte has personally coached the political appointees of three American Presidents. For the U.S. Department of State, Tighe has been coaching Ambassadors for 14 years. Charlotte studied leadership development at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. She has brought her expertise to business and government leaders in Mauritius, to government leaders in the African Republic of Rwanda, to Europe and to scores of professionals from distinguished organizations throughout the United States.
