- Here we are, the people behind this website. Pictured to the left, you'll see me; Craig Donnelly, Nicki Blackburn and Greg Lee. Nicki is a budding real estate investor in the Charleston area. She has lived here in the Charleston area her whole life and is a true southern gal who loves the South. I'm (Craig) a jack of all trades... trying to master a little bit of everything. :) I moved to Charleston from North Carolina and and I currently own and lead an internet marketing and technology company including eProperties LLC an internet based real estate company. Greg is my right hand man and hails from the great "white bread" State of Ohio and has lived in Charleston since 2003. Greg is a very talented graphic designer and leads all of our website development projects.
