Charles Arnold Real Estate was founded in the early 1970's when the price of an acre of land sold for $150-$200. per acre and to build a house would cost you about $10. a square foot. Things have changed since those days and so has Charles Arnold Real Estate. We've been in the real estate business for 33 years and gone from typewriter & telephone to computers & the Internet. Back then Houston County & Crockett, Texas was a community in it's self, we sold mainly to Houston, Texas people coming up and purchasing weekend retreats. That part is still the same but, we have become a global community and people from all over the world are moving into this area.
Charles Arnold is proud to announce the addition of his daughter to the business. Marla Campbell is now the General manager and soon to be broker. Marla has been around the real estate business all her life and when she joined the staff she had a good working knowledge of all aspects. Since April of this year Marla has shown her capabilities as a good salesperson by closing a record number of transactions.
