Its success largely depends on the team effort of parents, patient, the orthodontist, and his staff. Working together, we can achieve the best result possible.
When a number of "baby" teeth are still present, treatment can be started to correct severe overbites, crossbites, thumbsucking and tongue-thrusting habits, etc.
If a patient is examined, but not ready for treatment, he or she is placed under observation and recalled every 6-12 months to monitor growth and development until they are ready for treatment. There is no charge for the observation visit.
