Chang Bioscience is dedicated to meet the ever-growing demand of bioinformatics software in biomedical research labs. Founded by Dr. Chang Zhu in 2002, Chang Bioscience has developed a series of software ranging from simple recipe calculator to cutting-edge PCR primer, siRNA, and antibody designers. Our high-throughput software allows users to integrate data from multiple sources and analyze gene function by mining multi-gigabytes of data on users’ desktop computers. Our software has been used by thousands of researchers all around the world.
Before founding Chang Bioscience, Dr. Chang Zhu was a wet-lab biologist. He was a scientist at X-mine and Lawrence Berkeley Lab Life Sciences Division. He did his postdoctoral work at UCSF, USC, and Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, studying protein degradation, DNA replication, and Drosophila sex-determination. Dr. Zhu received his Ph. D. in Physics from the University of Southern California and his B. S. in Physics from the China University of Science and Technology.
