The Consolidated Football Federation is the local NC triangle area Pop Warner Little Scholars League. We are members of the Mid South Region. The CFF is made up of 13 individual Member Associations representing 5 local counties. Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS) is a non-profit organization that provides youth football and cheer & dance programs for participants in 42 states and several countries around the world.
