In 1965, the Wisconsin legislature recognized the need for a service unit between the school district and the state superintendent. CESA 10 is one of 12 in Wisconsin and provides services to 30 member school districts in northwest Wisconsin. The specific services provided to each district vary depending on the district’s needs. Services are offered on a cooperative basis and therefore cost effective for member districts.
