Description
Cerathian Traders is a browser based online mercantile RPG currently under development by Binary Literature, the game development division of Fifth Dimension Computing.
In Cerathian Traders, players will compete for the position of wealthiest trader in the game each calendar month, by obtaining and trading from a vast range of virtual goods from the everyday mundane to valuable and even magical items. Facilities to buy from and sell to game vendors, buy from and sell to other players from their own customizable stores, live auctions, classified advertisement posting, and much more, give players complete control over their virtual trading empires and the means to make their wealth.
At the end of each month, the winning player is offered the choice between taking a cash prize in exchange for their entire inventory and in-game assets and fortune (essentially, an account reset), or choosing to play on to the next month's game for a chance at an even greater prize - or risk another player taking it all!
At this time, Cerathian Traders is in the preliminary development stages, and at this time no projection for a date of public release has been set, and nor are Binary Literature taking enquiries from the public about the project at this time. Development information will be posted at the Binary Literature website as it becomes available.
