Phil is our user interface design guru. When he's not ranting about every little detail that musn't be overlooked, he's designing icons, sketching mockups, coming up with ideas for interfaces, or insisting that we eat at a particular burger joint and not that other place we always end up at. He spends a good portion of his time dreaming up crazy ideas and driving programmers to drink.
