Leadership until now has been studied mostly in terms of style, attributes, and relationships – which are all characteristics of individuals. In this Master of Arts program, leadership is viewed in a context larger than “Individual.” While our view of leadership includes “Individual,” it also fully includes and embraces “Organization.” In this unique program, a rigorous and powerful relationship between you and your company is developed.
