Celtic Glass Designs was founded by myself Beverley Gallagher in 1995. Whilst living in Scotland I was inspired by the Celtic and Rennie Mackintosh images around me to reproduce them onto handpainted glassware. The symbols within Celtic art intrigued me and I discovered that they were as relevant today as they were when the Scribes produced them many centuries ago.

The design range is constantly expanding and now covers Celtic, Medieval, Rennie Mackintosh style, Scottish and Contemporary. The range includes bowls, candle holders, champagne flutes, shot glasses, vases and water sets, all of which are hand drawn in gold, hand painted, oven fired and then finally varnished enabling each piece to be hand washed.

Now a team of outworkers produce glassware which is sold throughout the Celtic countries Scotland, Ireland, Wales, England and abroad Australia, Canada, USA and Europe. Many of our customers make regular purchases from our site for special gifts for friends and family. Please take a look at our Customer Comments page.
