I also bought a phone off cellularzone, I was told it was not a cashback deal so was unhappy when the fourth month bill was £40 (the first 3 months were half price from "3") on e-mailing the compant they said that they were sorry that the phone was missold to me but they said that they would make certain that the cashback was paid. I sent the cashback form in bang on time and waited for it to arrive (and waited) the next cashback was due so I e-mailed them to see what had happened?? I was told that I had been accepted for cashback and that a letter had been sent to me to get my bank details to pay directly into my account. I sent off my second cashback form bang on time again as I didn't want to give them an excuse not to pay but this time my recorded delivery. The form to give my bank details came and was returned by recorded delivery. 3 months went by before the cashback arrived (both lots) The last cashback was sent olso by recorded delivery, the cashback was approved the
