Description
CDEO is a non-profit Non Governmental Organisation created in Yaounde, Cameroon on 21st July 1995, under Reg. No 00221/RDE/JO6/BAPP. Cameroon is located in Central Africa. It is the home of the Indomitable Lions. Cameroon is Africa in miniature and the base of CDEO. CDEO is dedicated to the empowerment of deaf people in Cameroon.
Deaf empowerment is the process that makes it possible for each deaf person to develop his or her skills and self esteem so as to become self reliant. CDEO seeks to create links between deaf and hearing people in Cameroon.
