As I write this, we are in the middle of the Holiday Season. We are bringing in a New Year with new challenges. It is a busy time for all of us and we can feel overwhelmed. I am reminded of advice that was given to me during a recent Catamaran trip on the coast of Kaua'i, “Look to the horizon”. I found this advise physically comforting while riding the ocean's waves and I find it comforting mentally as I ride out the challenges that lie ahead.
