Welcome to Community Counseling Service’s web site. It is our intent to provide you with information about our organization, it’s employees, and the services they provide. As we approach the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the organization by a grass roots group of folks from the greater Huron area, it is with honor that we provide mental health and substance abuse treatment to the citizens living in the seven counties of East Central South Dakota that make up our service area.
