The Board of Directors is the legal authority for CCAT. As a Director, the member acts in a position of trust for the community, and is responsible for the effective governance of the organization.
Directors are expected to volunteer their time and to actively engage themselves in the work of the Board and other CCAT activities.
Depending on the position held, Directors can spend as little as four or as much as 10 hours per month on Committee or Board activities.
