Description
Community Care Access Centre Simcoe County - CCACSC - has the responsibility of coordinating the accommodation of people in Simcoe County's 24 Long Term Care Homes (LTCH).
These homes are located across the county and provide a diverse range of specialized and personalized services. All LTCHs are licenced and regulated by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, Residential Services Branch. MOHLTC also regulates the fees for Long Term Care and the standards of service.
