Education is a key function of the Visitor Center. Artifacts and photos tracing the early days of commodity trading are dis played throughout the Visitor Gallery. While visitors view the trading on the agri cultural and financial trading floors, Visitor Center staff provides running commentaries regarding the activity on the trading floor.
Also, the CBOT's exciting new film, "A Link to the Future," is now available for viewing on the half-hour in the Visitor Center Theater. The new film is an updated version of the award-winning, A Window on Futures film which has been a long-time staple in the Visitors Center Theater. A Link to the Future is presented in English only, at this time. Arrangements can be made to view the A Window on Futures presentation in other languages including: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Russian.
