- Custom Design Service
- In addition to their comprehensive range of standard designs, Procter very much specialise in the manufacture of individually designed cast stone features to meet specific project requirements.
- Once these requirements are agreed, CAD drawings are prepared and submitted to the client for prior approval - and accurate production moulds are then manufactured.
- Detailed Quotations
- Fully detailed quotations are provided from architect's designs or bills of quantity to suit customers' tender dates. Budget prices are also given when requested.
- Manufacture
- Procter Cast Stone is a memeber of United Kingdom Cast Stone Association (UKCSA) which requires high manufacturing quality standards from its members.
- Once the full requirements are agreed and the quotation approved, we start the manufacturing process. Manufacture is carried out under closely controlled conditions to ensure consistent high quality standards of production and curing.
- Delivery
- All Procter Cast Stone products are subject to final inspection checks, carefully packed, protected and shrink-wrapped on pallets, and delivered to site by their own vehicles to ensure they arrive in first class condition.
