- Dr Rafoth has spent the past 17 years in the Stanwood-Camano Island area. He graduated from Creighton University's School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE in 1998. After attending an oral surgery internship, he proceeded to return to Washington and participate as a host dentist with a mobile pediatric dental unit.
