About Cary Homeschoolers
CHS was started in January 2001 and grew rapidly. We currently have approximately 130 member families, with children ranging in age from newborn to 18.
Members also organize a number of other activities throughout the year. Though the current activities may vary, a few examples of those that have occurred in the past include:
Field trips (NC Zoo, post office, nuclear plant, fire station, NCSU, Oak Park Historic Site, Duke Primate Center, NC Museum of Life and Science, etc.)
