First, let me tell you a little about us and our rental philosophy. My wife and I believe that if we provide unique, classy condos and townhouses in highly desirable locations for a very fair rent, we will be able to attract the best tenants. Our renters tend to stay in our condos and townhomes in Cary and Raleigh -- sometimes for 5 years or more. One of the reasons is that unlike most landlords, we don't raise the rent each year.
