It is with great sadness to inform you that Jack has passed on. He had been ill in recent years and died on the Isle of Wight, where he lived with his partner, Vivien Howell. He was a good friend and will be sorely missed by many. If you'd like to leave a message or pay a tribute I will make sure it gets passed onto the family.
