Carrie Henzie was born in Canada and lives and works in Montreal. She studied English and Cultural Studies at McGill and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography at Concordia. Carrie's work spans over 15 years. She is inspired by the human form and themes of identity and transition. Carrie integrates socio-political and feminist discourse into her work as a catalyst for discussion and to propose alternative perspectives on conventional ideas and situations.
