An amateur snaps the shot with little thought or planning, whereas an experienced photographer knows how to prepare a spot for that perfect moment and time when the soft light gently falls on the subject and dances in the background. There are a few soft words...some humorous joking... a hint of a smile...an adorable expression... and it all clicks into place and the result is a beautiful portrait to be admired for years to come.
We offer a wide range of wedding packages. We begin with the consultation where you meet with us and view the quality of our work through our canvases and albums. Upon booking with us, we schedule a planning session where we customize our Master Checklist to meet the needs of your wedding. Our Master Checklist shows you exactly what photographs will be taken at what time so no one is standing around waiting. Two weeks before the wedding, I do an on-site visit of where the sanctuary wii take place. This allows me to check the lighting and see if additional lighting needs to be brought in and it allows for me to plan for the best portrait locations. We arrive approximately 30 minutes ahead of time on your wedding day to set up and catch some early candid photographs. Approximately 4-5 weeks after your wedding day, we will meet and deliver your proofs in a proof book for you to select from. Two weeks later we are designing your album together. A few short weeks later, you receive your album and any dvd, cd or extra photographs that you may have ordered. That is it. We are organized, professional and strive to be the best in Birmingham for wedding photography.
Note - All of the images from our weddings have a duplicate copy made and stored in a safety deposit box for safe keeping.
