In September, the Environmental Protection Agency announced that some buildings built between 1950 and 1978 have PCBs in the caulk used around door frames and window frames. We are pleased to report that a visual inspection of all buildings in the district showed no large gaps in the window frames, door frames, or masonry structures that would have required a PCB-based caulk.
