Carlos Garcia Realty was founded in 1972, by Carlos Garcia Sr. His sons, Carlos Garcia II, Bill Garcia, and Rick Garcia entered the firm shortly thereafter. The patriarch of the family, Mr. Garcia, was a pillar of the community and was respected and admired for his entrepreneurial spirit and his reputation of uncompromising integrity. Mr.Garcia proudly served our country in World War II, as a U.S. Marine Sergeant, in Iwo Jima, Guam and Bouganville.
