It′s all about family. Ours being a family owned business means that for generations we lived, breathed and sweated the automobile business. My grandfather kept the business going through World War II; my dad through the Korean War, and Viet Nam. Interest rates on vehicle loans were 17% when I started in the business, I′ve seen two Iraq wars, the terrible tragedy of 9/11, and numerous growing tensions with other countries and in within our own economy. It is one aspiration to be a business owner, it is quite another to have the tenacity to stay with the business through good times and bad.

Growing up, our parents shared their values- faith, family, hard (smart) work, community involvement, constant education and self-improvement with all six of their children. My husband, Jim and I share those same values and are constantly trying to emulate these values for our children. But family goes much further then the immediate loved ones, our work family and social families are important to us also and every day, through our words and actions we try to be true to our values and encourage those around us to hold similar values.
