Career Headway was founded by and is led by Richard Carsons , a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management.
Richard has worked in the field of 'People Development' for over 20 years, both in the blue-chip corporate sector and as a consultant.
Richard specialises in Outplacement and Redundancy Counselling but his experience in Resource Management, both human and facilities, makes him well-qualified to coach staff on wider issues, such as Performance Appraisals, Work Measurement and Performance Contracts.
