Pete Capparelli has been licensed as a real estate agent since 1972. He got his broker's license in 1982 opening up his own office in Idyllwild at that time. In 1984 he merged with a former partner to create Capparelli & Oates Mile-High Realty. In 1992 Pete bought out his partner and eventually changed the name of his company back to Capparelli & Associates. In March of 2005 Pete sold his company which had grown to 3 offices & 15 agents.
